About K Rescue
K Rescue is a searchable library of development documents originally published through USAID's Development Experience Clearinghouse (DEC) — one of the largest publicly available collections of international development research, evaluations, and project reports in the world.
The DEC has been a public resource for decades, but its search interface has lagged behind. K Rescue is a faster, cleaner way into that same collection: 135,000+ documents, full-text search, and browseable by subject, geography, document type, and language.
Nothing here is paywalled. Every document links to a freely downloadable PDF.
